Bolanle Olayinka Doyin-Hassan was until Wednesday December 9, 2020 married to one the most celebrated actors in the Gospel movie sector. She passed on following a brief illness.
Until her death, Bola was a top management executive of Donier Aviation (DANA) a German Air Company based in Lagos. She was also a Gospel film actress.
She started acting gospel films in 1997 following her debut in ATTACKS FROM HOME, a Mount Zion flick.
She followed it up with her appearance in TIME TO WEEP, a film directed by Kolade Segun-Okeowo in 1998.
Exclusive pictures of her role in the film have emerged today from the archives if the Director of the 1998 film.
In the film TIME TO WEEP, she played the role of a no nonsense university Don who could not stomach the nuances of a careless Christian Sister who had become pregnant from a careless romp with a randy lecturer.

Bola will be remembered for her bold acts in movies and generosity. Confirmed report says, Bola throughout her acting ministry which spanned from 1997 to 2020 never demanded for nor collected fee/honorarium for acting in Gospel movies. Even when offered, Bola politely turned down such. She would rather offer helps including financial assistance to Producers of movies.
She has since been buried at the Cemetery of the RCCG inside Redemption Camp.
May the gentle soul of Bola Doyin Hassan rest in Peace.
